Bruce Willis is an FBI agent in an alternate reality. In this world people no longer leave their homes or interact with other people. They sit in “stim chairs” and control surrogate robots. Interesting action movie. Worth watching.

Denzel Washington plays Eli, a man who has been walking for 30 years, ever since the world was destroyed by a great war. He carries with him a book that he guards against anything that will prevent him from completing his mission. It’s a decent action movie with a satisfying ending. Worth watching.

This is an amazing movie that shows what it is like to be part of the military bomb squad in Iraq. I have a friend who used to do this until he was injured by a bomb and he tells me that this movie is perfectly realistic.

Three sorority pledges have to tell a scary story as part of their hazing. This is basically three short horror stories strung together by some retarded plot. Pass.

A very low budget jazz movie. The notable thing about this movie is that Amy Adams stars. If the budget could be increased to get some decent production value it would be a wonderful movie. As it stands the cheap production detracts from the good music and story.

A woman duct tapes her husband to the toilet when he tells her he’s leaving her. This is one of those movies that takes place almost entirely in one room. I find that the story for this type of movie has to be exceptional to make up for all the talky-talky. Pass.
